Delivery Options & Costs

Shipping charges and available delivery methods will be calculated and displayed during checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Shipping Costs: Calculated based on order weight and delivery location.

Service Availability: Some delivery services may not be available for all areas or remote postcodes.

All deliveries will require a date selection at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery – Estimated 4-5 working days

  • Express Delivery – Estimated 2-3 working days

  • Priority Delivery – Estimated 1-2 working days

Order Weight Guidelines

  • Orders Up to 25kg:
    Shipped via reliable courier partners.
    Securely packaged for safe transit.
    Delivery date selection required at checkout.

  • Orders Over 25kg:
    Shipped via courier or pallet delivery service.
    May be delivered using a pallet truck – ensure space for offloading.
    Pre-scheduled delivery date required at checkout.

Important Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (Excludes weekends and public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • Restricted Areas: Additional fees may apply to some remote or non-mainland locations.

  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the package, redelivery charges may apply.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for prompt resolution.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status and estimated delivery window of your order.
